Rajesh Kumar has been promoted to Banquet Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton, Gurgaon, New Delhi-NCR, a testament to his dedication, leadership, and deep expertise in food and beverage service. Prior to this elevation, he successfully served as Assistant Banquet Manager (Acting Banquet Manager) and earlier as a Food and Beverage Executive within the same property.


Rajesh began building his foundation in hospitality with Taj Hotels, Agra, as a Food and Beverage Supervisor, where he was known for his attention to detail and guest-focused service. He later enhanced his leadership skills at Radisson Blu, Agra, where he progressed from Guest Services Associate to F&B Supervisor, and also gained valuable exposure as an Industrial Trainee at Radisson Blu Ahmedabad.


An academically driven professional, Rajesh holds an MBA in Sales and Marketing Operations from Swami Vivekananda Subharti University, Meerut, and a BBA in Hotel/Motel Administration from Sam Higginbottom Institute of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences. He has further specialized with a Diploma in Food and Beverage Service from Food Craft Institute, and holds a Wine Steward/Sommelier Certificate from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET).
