Rajesh Shaw Promoted to Restaurant's Operations Manager at The Resort Mumbai

Rajesh Shaw has taken a significant step forward in his professional journey, being promoted to the position of Restaurant Operations Manager at The Resort Mumbai. With a remarkable track record in the hospitality industry and a wealth of experience across diverse roles, Rajesh is set to bring his expertise and leadership to this elevated role.  

Rajesh's journey in hospitality began with an internship at The Zuri Hotels & Resorts, Goa, where he gained foundational experience in the intricacies of hotel operations. Following this, he advanced to roles such as Guest Services Associate at esteemed properties like Le Meridien Mahabaleshwar, Courtyard by Marriott Surat, and Sterling Hotels Resort Elk Hill Ooty. These roles laid the groundwork for his proficiency in guest relations and operational excellence.  

His career trajectory continued upward as he embraced the position of Food and Beverage Executive at Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata, further honing his skills in restaurant management and operational strategies. Rajesh then transitioned to a pivotal role as Restaurant Manager at Royal Orchid Hotels, Shimoga, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership and operational acumen.  

Before his recent promotion, Rajesh served as the Restaurant Manager at The Resort Mumbai, a role in which he consistently exceeded expectations and contributed significantly to the property’s success. His dedication and outstanding performance have now earned him the esteemed title of Restaurant Operations Manager.  

Rajesh's academic foundation was built at the Hooghly Institute of Hotel Management, where he completed a three-year diploma in Hotel Management. His educational journey began at Pandua SBS High School, where he developed a strong work ethic and discipline.  

In his new role, Rajesh aims to leverage his extensive experience and strategic vision to elevate dining experiences and streamline operations at The Resort Mumbai. His journey is a testament to hard work, continuous learning, and a passion for the hospitality industry.
