Courtyard by Marriott Ranchi proudly announces the appointment of Ranjeet Singh Yadav as its new Executive Chef. With a rich and diverse culinary background, Chef Ranjeet brings over a decade of experience across leading hospitality brands in India.
Before stepping into his new role, he served as the Executive Sous Chef at Courtyard by Marriott Gorakhpur, where he played a key role in leading kitchen operations and curating guest-centric dining experiences. His previous leadership positions include Chef De Cuisine at both JW Marriott Goa and W Goa, where his refined skills and creative menus left a lasting impression on guests and teams alike.
Chef Ranjeet has also made significant contributions as Sous Chef at Radisson Hotel Group, Gwalior, and W Hotels, Goa. His foundational years saw steady growth through roles such as Chef De Partie at Courtyard by Marriott Gurugram Downtown, Demi Chef De Partie at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts, Gurugram, and Commi 1 at both Park Hyatt Hyderabad and Marriott Hotels, Hyderabad.
He began his culinary journey with Commi 2 at Courtyard by Marriott, Ahmedabad, and gained early exposure through his time at IRCTC, Nagpur.
Chef Ranjeet holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality from the Institute of Hotel Management, Gwalior, and a Bachelor of Arts from Jiwaji University. He completed his schooling at Kendriya Vidyalaya, laying the foundation for his disciplined approach to hospitality.
