Rashid Khan Joins Country Inn & Suites by Radisson as People and Culture Manager

Rashid Khan has been appointed as the People and Culture Manager at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Kota. With a rich background in human resources and administration, Rashid brings a wealth of experience to his new role, where he will focus on fostering employee engagement and organizational growth.  

Rashid's professional journey showcases a strong foundation in HR across various sectors. Prior to this, he served as Senior Manager - HR & Admin at Faircent.com, Gurugram, where he led strategic HR initiatives and streamlined administrative functions. His expertise in corporate human resource management was honed at Le Roi Hotels & Resort, Gurugram, where he played a pivotal role in workforce planning and policy implementation.  

His earlier experiences include serving as Assistant Manager - Human Resource at Tarangi Hotels & Resorts, Jim Corbett, and Assistant Human Resource Manager at Clarks Inn Group of Hotels, Arrah. In these roles, he demonstrated his ability to handle recruitment, employee relations, and training programs effectively. Rashid also contributed to building strong HR frameworks as Assistant Manager - HR at Hotel Patliputra Continental, Patna, and as an HR Executive at Patliputra Exotica, Patna.  

Rashid holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Swami Vivekananda Subharti University, Meerut, and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a specialization in Accounts from Patna University. His academic background complements his professional expertise in employee management and organizational leadership.
