Ratnapriya Tripathi has joined The Deltin, Daman as the Executive Assistant Manager – Food & Beverage (EAM – F&B), bringing with him a rich blend of experience, leadership, and innovation in the hospitality industry. With a strong background in F&B operations, Ratnapriya’s appointment is set to strengthen the property’s dining and service excellence.


Before this role, he served as Food and Beverage Manager at Accor in Gandhinagar and Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Goa, where he led teams with efficiency and introduced guest-centric strategies that enhanced operational performance. His tenure in the hospitality sector spans across some of the most respected hotel brands.


Earlier in his career, he held key roles including Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at The Deltin Daman, Outlet Manager at Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts, and Restaurant Manager at both Accor Goa and lebua Hotels and Resorts. His journey also includes valuable experience as Assistant Manager – F&B at Alila Hotels, Goa, Team Leader at Grand Mercure Bengaluru, and Guest Services Associate at Trident Hotels, Agra.


Ratnapriya is a graduate in Hotel Management from Birla Institute of Technology, Ranchi, which laid the foundation for his comprehensive understanding of hospitality operations and customer service excellence.


In his new position at The Deltin Daman, he is poised to drive the F&B division with his signature blend of precision, creativity, and commitment to quality. His joining signals a new chapter of innovation and elevated guest experience for the property.
