Raysinh Bisen Joins Fairmont Jaipur as Chef De Cuisine

Raysinh Bisen is set to elevate the culinary experience at Fairmont Jaipur, delivering innovative flavors and exceptional dining experiences.

Raysinh Bisen has been appointed as Chef De Cuisine at Fairmont Jaipur, bringing with him a wealth of culinary expertise from leading luxury hotels.  


Prior to this, he held the same position at The Westin Goa and Radisson Hotel Group, Pune, where he showcased his culinary leadership. His journey includes roles as Sous Chef at Le Meridien Hyderabad, Aamby Valley City (Sahara India Flagship Project), Marriott Surat, and Taj Hotels, refining his skills in diverse kitchen environments.  


Earlier in his career, Raysinh served as Junior Sous Chef at Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, Ludhiana, and Chef de Partie at Taj Hotels, Bengaluru, and Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group. His foundation was built through hands-on experience as Chef at Taj Coromandel Hotel, Chennai, and Commis Chef at Fortune Park Hotels Ltd, Mysore.  


With his extensive experience in fine dining and hospitality, Raysinh Bisen is set to elevate the culinary experience at Fairmont Jaipur, delivering innovative flavors and exceptional dining experiences.
