Rishabh Verma Appointed as Human Resources Manager at Saltstayz

Saltstayz has announced the appointment of Rishabh Verma as its new Human Resources Manager at the Gurugram location. With a diverse and progressive background in hospitality and HR, Rishabh steps into this role equipped with a solid understanding of talent management, employee engagement, and hotel operations.

Before joining Saltstayz, Rishabh served as Talent Acquisition Manager at Bloom Hotel Group, New Delhi, where he previously held the position of Human Resources Executive. His responsibilities included end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and aligning HR practices with organizational growth strategies.

Rishabh’s foundation in the hospitality industry began on the operational side, having worked as a Front Office Executive at IHG Hotels & Resorts, Agra. He also completed an HR internship with the Radisson Hotel Group, Agra, gaining early insight into hospitality HR processes. His professional journey started with a hotel internship at ITC Hotels, which laid the groundwork for his career in both guest services and HR.

He holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from GLA University and a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management and Hospitality Administration from AIHM, Chandigarh.

With this blend of operational and strategic HR experience, Rishabh Verma is expected to play a pivotal role in enhancing employee development and strengthening HR systems at Saltstayz.
