IHG Hotels & Resorts has appointed Roisul Hoque as the new Senior Chef de Partie, further strengthening the brand’s commitment to delivering outstanding culinary experiences at its properties. Roisul brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from his previous roles at some of the most renowned hospitality brands in the industry. With his proven track record in creating innovative dishes and managing complex kitchen operations, he is poised to make a significant impact at IHG Hotels & Resorts.


Before joining IHG, Roisul Hoque held various prestigious positions that showcased his versatility and expertise in culinary arts. He was a Kitchen Executive (Pre-Opening) at Taj Hotels, Jaipur, where he played a key role in the opening of the hotel, ensuring smooth kitchen operations and maintaining high standards of food quality. His experience in a pre-opening role gave him a deep understanding of the intricacies of setting up kitchens for large-scale operations, a skill he has carried throughout his career.


Roisul’s culinary journey also includes a significant role as Chef De Partie (Banquet) at Fairmont Jaipur, where he contributed to the hotel’s banquet services. His ability to manage large banquets and create exquisite menus for special events made him a valuable part of the team. Additionally, as Demi Chef De Partie at Conrad Pune, Roisul honed his skills in Pan-Asian cuisine, where he explored a variety of Asian cooking techniques and flavors, adding a unique touch to his culinary portfolio.


Earlier in his career, Roisul worked as Commis 1 at Novotel Imagica Khopoli and as Commis 2 at The Corinthians Resort & Club, Pune. These roles helped him establish a strong foundation in kitchen operations, food preparation, and working under pressure in fast-paced environments.


Academically, Roisul has a background in the culinary arts, which has been integral to his professional growth. His solid academic foundation, combined with hands-on experience in the kitchen, has made him a well-rounded culinary professional.
