Naturopathy is a self-healing treatment where it helps to identify the obstacles and removing them by accepting the harmless treatment. The naturopathy is basically based on the living life style, eating habits, identifying stress level and then most importantly by following a diet plan.

To make your body healthy and stress free, one needs to focus on:

1). Detoxing:  It is a way to get rid from the impurities from your body. For this, you need to drink water in which you have mixed the fresh vegetables like mint, cucumber and lemon. Many more ingredients can be added.

2). Organic food: As we know that nowadays, almost all crops are cultivated by using various pesticides. Those chemicals are making our immunity weak. Thus, we have to accept the organic food as these are pesticides free.

3). Diet chart: One should follow a diet chart, which includes healthy food that is taken after intervals. By using diet chart, we can make our digestion strong.

The Ministry of Tourism has already accepted the naturopathy in Aayush.
