Prior to joining Anantara, Romit served as Executive Sous Chef at Marriott International in Jaipur, where he honed his skills in high-volume operations and refined menu innovation. His culinary journey includes a pivotal role as Chef De Cuisine at Fairmont Jaipur, where he led kitchen operations with creativity and efficiency. Earlier in his career, he gained foundational experience as a Commis at both Oberoi Hotels & Resorts and IHHR Hospitality, working across various cuisines and kitchen environments.
Romit's educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Motel Administration/Management from IHM Chennai, one of India's premier institutions in hospitality education. He completed his schooling at the Howrah Vivekananda Institution, which set the groundwork for his disciplined and detail-oriented approach.
