Roshan Kumar Jha Promoted to Corporate Manager – Talent & Culture at Pride Hotels Group

Pride Hotels Group has announced the promotion of Roshan Kumar Jha to the role of Corporate Manager – Talent & Culture, based out of the group's corporate office in Pune. With a robust background in human resources and a proven record of building strong people-centric frameworks, Roshan’s elevation reflects his consistent contributions to the group's HR initiatives and talent development strategy.

Roshan joined Pride Hotels Group as a Senior Talent & Culture Executive, steadily climbing the ladder to Assistant Talent & Culture Manager – Corporate, before now taking charge as the Corporate Manager. In these roles, he played a key part in streamlining HR processes, strengthening employee engagement, and driving talent acquisition strategies aligned with the brand’s growth.

Prior to his tenure with Pride Hotels, Roshan served as HR Executive (HOD) at K.B.G Hotels & Resorts Pvt. Ltd., Kolkata, and earlier held the role of Human Resources Officer at The Park Hotels, Kolkata. He also worked with ITC Hotels as Associate - HR & Training, where he gained valuable experience in learning and development initiatives.

Roshan began his professional journey at Ramada Powai Hotel and Convention Centre, Mumbai, initially as a Front Office Assistant, later transitioning into the Human Resources Department as a HR Associate, giving him well-rounded exposure to operations and HR functions.

Academically, he holds a B.Com in Accounting and Finance from Calcutta University, a Diploma in Human Resources Management from ASEAN Online Education, and an MBA in Hospitality Administration/Management from Seacom University.

With this promotion, Roshan Kumar Jha is poised to lead and elevate the HR vision at Pride Hotels Group, focusing on nurturing talent, fostering a vibrant workplace culture, and supporting the group's continued growth in the Indian hospitality industry.
