Before joining The Fern Hotels & Resorts, Sandeep served as Restaurant Manager at Vibe Munnar Resort and Spa, where he showcased exceptional leadership in delivering outstanding dining experiences. His journey in the hospitality sector includes a significant tenure at Hyatt Regency, Thrissur, where he advanced through various roles, starting as a Banquet Waiter and eventually becoming the Assistant Manager - Banquets/Restaurant. His roles at Hyatt also included serving as Team Leader - Banquets (Pre-Opening) and Team Leader, demonstrating his adaptability and growth within the industry.
Sandeep's academic background complements his professional expertise, holding a Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Motel Administration/Management from AJK Educational Institutions.
In his new role at The Fern Hotels & Resorts, Sandeep will oversee all aspects of the food and beverage department, ensuring exceptional service quality and driving guest satisfaction.
