Beyzaa, a prominent name in the hospitality industry, has announced the appointment of Sanjit Kumar Roy as the Director of Food and Beverage Production. With an impressive career spanning 38 years, Sanjit is set to bring his unparalleled expertise and vision to elevate Beyzaa's culinary and operational standards.  


Sanjit's professional journey is a testament to his dedication and versatility in the hospitality industry. Before taking on this role, he served as Corporate Chef at Inventree Hotels and Resorts, Bengaluru, where he was instrumental in redefining culinary excellence across their properties. His prior experience as Corporate Chef at Ohris and MTR Foods Private Limited, Bengaluru, as Executive Chef/Head Chef, further solidified his reputation as an innovative and results-driven culinary leader.  


During his tenure with Bin Hotels Private Limited, Bengaluru, Sanjit served as both Corporate Chef and Executive Chef, showcasing his ability to manage large-scale food operations while maintaining impeccable quality. He has also honed his skills at prestigious establishments such as ITC Hotels, Bengaluru; The Park Hotels, Kolkata; and The Indian Hotels Company Limited, Delhi and Kolkata.  


A graduate of the Indian Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition with a degree in Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM), Sanjit combines academic rigor with practical expertise.  


In his new role, Sanjit will focus on enhancing Beyzaa’s food and beverage production, driving innovation, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. His extensive experience and leadership promise to take Beyzaa's F&B offerings to new heights.
