Feathers Hotel Chennai proudly announces the appointment of Satish Kumar Gautam as its new Associate Director of Food and Beverage. With an impressive career spanning over a decade in the hospitality industry, Satish brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record in delivering exceptional dining experiences and operational excellence.  


Satish’s journey in hospitality began as a Guest Services Associate at The Leela Kempinski Limited, Mumbai, followed by progressive roles in prestigious establishments such as Jaypee Siddharth Hotel, New Delhi, where he served as Team Leader, and The Grand New Delhi Hotel and Residences as Assistant Banquet Manager. His ability to manage diverse teams and craft memorable guest experiences quickly earned him recognition.  


He later took on the role of Restaurant Manager at Masala Art, China, gaining valuable international experience. Back in India, Satish excelled in managerial positions, including Banquet Manager at Brilliant Convention Center Indore, Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at Sheraton Grand Palace Indore, and Food and Beverage Manager at Courtyard by Marriott Bhopal.  


In his most recent role at Feathers Hotel Chennai, Satish is poised to oversee food and beverage operations, focusing on innovation, quality, and guest satisfaction. His leadership is expected to enhance the hotel’s culinary offerings and strengthen its position as a premier hospitality destination.  


Satish’s educational background includes an MBA from ICFAI Hyderabad and a Diploma in Hotel Management from the Indian Institute of Science and Management, Ranchi. A proud alumnus of Saraswati Vidya Mandir, Sirka, he exemplifies the values of dedication and continuous learning.
