Satya Seelan has joined The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group as the Executive Chef, bringing over 25 years of culinary expertise to the prestigious hospitality chain. His extensive background includes significant experience in French, Italian, and Mexican cuisines, with a strong focus on culinary design and presentation within luxury properties in the UAE and India.


Before this new role, Satya was the Executive Chef at Royal Orchid Hotels, Karnataka, where he successfully led culinary operations for a year. Prior to that, he held the position of Executive Chef at Novotel Chennai SIPCOT. Satya's experience also spans across various international hotel chains, including Accor and Days Inn by Wyndham, where he played a key role in the opening of new properties.


Satya's career journey began as a trainee commi chef at The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group, and now, over two decades later, he returns to the group as an Executive Chef, showcasing his remarkable growth in the culinary industry. His educational background includes a diploma in General Cooking from AICTE and training at The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management.


With his vast experience and culinary prowess, Satya Seelan is poised to elevate the dining experiences at The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group, further enhancing its reputation for excellence in hospitality.
