Radisson Hotel Group, Chennai is pleased to welcome Saurabh Kumar as the new Banquet Manager, bringing with him a wealth of experience in food and beverage operations across some of the country’s most reputed hospitality brands.
Saurabh’s career showcases a strong trajectory in the F&B segment. Before this role, he worked as a Restaurant Manager at The Chancery Pavilion, Bengaluru, where he was instrumental in streamlining restaurant operations and enhancing guest satisfaction. Prior to that, he served as Assistant Manager – Food and Beverage at The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group, Mumbai, contributing to premium service standards and team leadership.
His foundational years saw him grow through multiple key positions including Assistant Restaurant Manager at Marriott International, Surat and Radisson Hotel Group, Hyderabad, as well as Food and Beverage Executive at DoubleTree by Hilton, Ahmedabad. He also held the role of Food and Beverage Supervisor at Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts, Ahmedabad, and began his F&B leadership journey as Captain at The Zuri Hotels & Resorts, Bengaluru, and The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group, Goa.
Saurabh began his career in the industry as a Guest Services Associate at Radisson Blu Plaza, Hyderabad, gaining a strong foundation in hospitality service and guest engagement.
