Earlier, he worked as an Assistant Manager - Front Office at ITC Hotels in Mussoorie, where he demonstrated a keen understanding of guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
Saurabh's journey in the hospitality industry began as a Cluster Management Trainee at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Lucknow, where he honed his management and operational skills across multiple properties.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management (BSCHM) from Arunachal University of Study, equipping him with a strong foundation in hotel administration and management principles.
