Sayan Paul has been appointed as the Assistant Restaurant Manager at TAJ Coromandel Hotel in Chennai, bringing with him a wealth of experience in the food and beverage industry. Before this role, he served as a Food & Beverage Executive at The Leela Gandhinagar and Mahatma Mandir Convention & Exhibition Centre, where he honed his skills in service excellence and guest relations. Paul's career includes notable positions at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts in Chennai, where he progressed from Food and Beverage Captain to Food and Beverage Team Leader, showcasing his leadership capabilities and dedication to high standards.


His journey in hospitality began as a Guest Service Associate at various esteemed establishments, including The Zuri Hotels & Resorts and Monotel Luxury Business Hotel in Kolkata, where he developed a solid foundation in customer service. Paul's early experience also includes working as a Food and Beverage Assistant at Kenilworth Hotels & Resorts and undergoing industrial training at The Chrome Hotel in Kolkata.
