Shivam Pandey Promoted to Assistant Manager Human Resources at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts

Shivam Pandey has been promoted to Assistant Manager Human Resources at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Gorakhpur. His journey within the organization has been marked by consistent growth, having previously served in Varanasi and as a Senior Human Resources and Training Executive.  

With experience in HR operations at PearlTree Hotels & Resorts, Purulia, and Radisson Blu Haridwar, Shivam has developed strong expertise in employee engagement, training, and talent management.  

A graduate of IHM Lucknow with a BSc in Hotel and Motel Administration/Management, Shivam brings a deep understanding of hospitality HR dynamics.  

In his new role, he is expected to enhance HR operations, streamline recruitment processes, and contribute to the overall employee experience at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Gorakhpur.
