Shubham Bagdare Promoted to Senior Manager - Sales (MICE, SMERF & Groups) at Hyatt

Hyatt Pune proudly announces the promotion of Shubham Bagdare to Senior Manager - Sales, overseeing MICE, SMERF & Groups. Shubham has shown remarkable expertise in strategic sales and client relationship management, which has been instrumental in driving the property’s business growth.

In his previous role as Sales Manager - MICE, SMERF & Groups at Hyatt Pune, Shubham effectively led sales initiatives, fostering significant business from diverse client segments. His prior experience includes working as Assistant Manager - Events at Marriott International, Pune, where he managed high-profile events with exceptional attention to detail and customer satisfaction.

Shubham’s hospitality journey began with hands-on roles, including Sales Executive for Events at Sayaji Hotels Ltd., Indore, and a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Ramada by Wyndham, Pune. He also gained diverse insights during his stints as a Business Development Trainee at BYJU’s and an I-HOST Management Trainee with InterContinental Hotels Group in Delhi. Shubham’s international exposure includes an internship with Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts in Mauritius.

An alumnus of the International Institute of Hotel Management in Pune, Shubham holds a BSc in Hospitality and Tourism. He also holds a BA in Hospitality Administration and Management from the University of West London.

With his extensive background in sales and event management, Shubham is set to elevate Hyatt Pune's group and events segment to new heights.
