Souvik Das has been appointed as the Food and Beverage Manager at Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Ahmedabad. With a career rooted in prestigious hospitality brands and a deep understanding of food and beverage operations, Souvik brings a wealth of experience and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences to his new role.  


Souvik began his hospitality career as a Senior Guest Service Associate at Radisson Blu, Jaipur, and The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group, Goa. These roles honed his customer service skills and laid the foundation for his expertise in guest relations.  


He advanced to the position of Food and Beverage Supervisor at The Leela Palaces, Hotels, and Resorts in Bengaluru, where he showcased his leadership capabilities and operational efficiency. His journey continued at ITC Windsor Bengaluru as a Food and Beverage Captain, further solidifying his ability to manage dynamic dining operations.  


Souvik’s career reached new heights as he took on the role of Food and Beverage Executive at ITC Maurya, Delhi, and The Leela Palaces, Hotels, and Resorts. These roles allowed him to refine his strategic approach to food and beverage services, ensuring seamless operations and memorable guest experiences.  


Academically, Souvik holds a BA in Hospitality Administration and Management from SBIHM School of Management, where he built the foundational knowledge that supports his professional achievements.  


As Food and Beverage Manager at Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Ahmedabad, Souvik will oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, focusing on delivering exceptional quality and enhancing guest satisfaction. His extensive experience and commitment to excellence position him as a valuable asset to the property and its guests.
