world since childhood, I have always believed that "Everything happens for
a reason." This optimistic approach has led me to discover my passion for
food blogging. Through my journey as a food blogger, I have come to realize the
significance of this profession in the Food & HORECA Industry.
A food blogger plays a crucial role in
the Food and HORECA Industry. With the rise of social media and the internet,
people are constantly seeking recommendations and reviews before trying out a
new restaurant / street food or dish. This is where food bloggers step in. They
provide honest and unbiased reviews, showcasing their personal experiences with
various cuisines, restaurants, street food stalls and food trends.
The impact of a food blogger on the
Food & HORECA Industry cannot be underestimated. Their reviews and
recommendations can make or break a restaurant's reputation. A positive review
from a popular food blogger can drive a significant increase in footfall and
revenue for a restaurant / street food stall. On the other hand, a negative
review can tarnish a restaurant's / street food stall’s image and lead to a
decline in business.
As a food blogger, I have realized the
importance of understanding my audience's preferences. It is essential to go

outlets offer. By catering to the tastes and interests of my followers, I
ensure that my content remains relevant and engaging. This not only helps me
build a loyal audience but also establishes my credibility as a reliable source
