INGREDIENTS:

- Chicken Legs, with skin

- Juice of ½ lime

- Cilantro or Italian Parsley – 1 cup

- Garlic Paste – 2 tsp

- Chicken Keema – ½ cup

- Cumin – ½ tsp

- Turmeric – ½ tsp

- Red Chilli – ½ tsp

- Black Pepper – ½ tsp

- Salt - To taste

- Coriander – ½ tsp

- Olive Oil – 4 tbsp

- Yogurt - ½ cup

 

METHOD:

1. Place the lime juice, Italian parsley, chicken legs, garlic paste, yogurt, cumin, turmeric, black pepper, and salt in a food processor and give it a few good chops.

2. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

3. Gently stuff the above ingredients inside the chicken.

4. Place the legs on a baking dish and bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until a beautiful golden color appears and the juices run clear.

This recipe is best served with egg white glaze, salads, and green chutney.
