Subhash Jana has taken on the prestigious role of Executive Chef at NOOE Maldives Kunaavashi, bringing with him a rich tapestry of culinary expertise and leadership experience gained across top-tier hospitality brands.
Prior to his current role, Subhash held the position of Executive Chef at leading global hotel chains including Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Gurugram, Hyatt Centric Janakpuri New Delhi, and Marriott International, Lucknow. His culinary journey also includes a successful stint as Head Chef at Hyatt Regency Lucknow, where he was known for curating innovative menus and leading dynamic kitchen teams.
Earlier, Subhash served as Senior Sous Chef at Vivanta by Taj, Guwahati, acting as Deputy to the Executive Chef. His earlier roles included Sous Chef at Hilton Bengaluru Embassy GolfLinks and Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort and Spa, and Junior Sous Chef at The Hilton Bengaluru Residences.
His career foundation was laid in kitchens of remarkable repute, including as Chef de Partie at The Imperial Hotel, New Delhi, as well as at Taj Rambagh Palace, Jaipur, and Taj Bengal, Kolkata—establishing his mastery in food production and fine dining.
Subhash is a graduate of the Institute of Advanced Management, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Hospitality Management, specializing in food production. He also holds a B.A. in Hospitality Management from Chetla Boys High School.
