Urban Company proudly announces the appointment of Sudheeran Ariyandath as Housekeeping Trainer. With a distinguished career spanning multiple international locations and prestigious establishments, Sudheeran brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role.

Sudheeran’s career in the hospitality industry is marked by his significant contributions to housekeeping management. Prior to joining Urban Company, he served as Executive Housekeeper at Sterling Holiday Resorts Limited, where he was responsible for overseeing housekeeping operations and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

His experience includes roles such as Assistant Housekeeping Manager at Accor in Doha, where he managed housekeeping operations and team performance. At Le Meridien Dubai Hotel + Conference Centre, Sudheeran worked as Assistant Executive Housekeeper, ensuring the highest standards in a bustling hotel environment.

In previous positions, Sudheeran has held roles as Housekeeping Supervisor at Warwick International Hotels in Doha, Sheraton Mall of the Emirates in Dubai, and Hamra Hotels & Resorts Acacia Hotel in the UAE. His early career also includes experience as a Guest Services Supervisor at Atlantis The Palm, Dubai, and a Specialist Customer Support role at IBM Daksh Business Process Services Pvt. Ltd.

Sudheeran began his career as a Housekeeping Assistant at Trident Hotels in Chennai, gaining foundational experience in the field. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Accommodation Operation from IHM Chennai and a Bachelor of Commerce from Calicut University.
