Sudip Kumar Maity Assumes Role as Corporate General Manager at The Emerald Club by Allita

Sudip Kumar Maity has taken on the role of Corporate General Manager at The Emerald Club by Allita, Rajkot, adding a new chapter to his rich and versatile hospitality career. Known for his dynamic leadership and cross-functional expertise, Sudip brings with him decades of experience across luxury hotels, resorts, sales, and even digital ventures.

Before this, he served as General Manager at several prestigious properties including Regency Lagoon Resort in Rajkot, Namami Ganges Beach Resort & Spa, Madhuban Resort & Spa in Gujarat, and The Astor, Kolkata. In each of these roles, he played a pivotal part in enhancing guest satisfaction, streamlining operations, and strengthening brand positioning.

An entrepreneur at heart, Sudip also co-founded Eminencia Digital, a hospitality-focused venture in New Delhi, where he acted as CEO, merging his hospitality insights with innovative digital solutions. His strategic mind and operational finesse were further shaped by his time as Resident Manager and F&B Manager at Kenilworth Hotels & Resorts in Kolkata and Goa.

His earlier stints include being the Head of Sales and Resort Manager at Raichak on Ganges (AmbujaNeotia), Unit Manager at SFC Group, UAE, and Assistant Manager - F&B at Nirula's Hotel, New Delhi. Sudip also holds an impressive foundation in restaurant operations, having risen through the ranks from Line Cook to Restaurant Manager at TGI Friday’s, New Delhi, and began his culinary journey as a Commis III at The Suryaa New Delhi.

Academically, he is an alumnus of Delhi University, with a Bachelor of Arts in History, Political Science, English, and Hindi, and holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management, Bhubaneswar. His journey began at St. Paul’s School, grounding him in discipline and leadership from an early age.

With this new role, Sudip Kumar Maity is expected to lead The Emerald Club by Allita into a phase of elevated guest experience, strategic growth, and refined service standards.
