Sudip Sinha has taken on the role of Head of Operations & Pre-Opening – Lounges & Hotels at Adani Airports Holdings Limited, Mumbai, bringing a wealth of experience in hospitality operations and administration.
Prior to this, he was Senior Manager - Admin at Adani Enterprises Limited, overseeing key administrative functions. His extensive background in Food & Beverage (F&B) management includes roles at renowned hospitality brands such as Marriott International, The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group, and Accor Hotels across Bengaluru, Kolkata, Pune, and Mumbai. He also served as Food & Beverage Manager at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc., Bengaluru.
Sudip has demonstrated strong leadership in restaurant and banquet management, having held positions such as Restaurant Manager at Sheraton Bengaluru at Brigade, Outlet Manager and Banquet Manager at Hyderabad International Convention Centre & Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre, and Assistant Manager – Banquets at Habitat World, India Habitat Centre.
