No one can resist the aroma of Besan when you cook it with ghee. No festivity is complete without a mithai, and nothing compares if it is sugar free, it satisfies both diabetic & dieting people.

 

Ingredients:

- Ghee - 40 gm

- Besan Flour - 100 gm

- Sugar-Free - 20 gm

- Cardamom Powder - 2 gm

- Turmeric Powder - A Pinch

- Chopped Dry Fruit - 20 gm

 

Method:

1. Heat ghee and cook besan on slow heat until it starts to brown.

2. Remove from flame and add turmeric. Cool it completely.

3. Add sugar-free, cardamom powder, and nuts.

4. Using your hands, take small portions and shape them into rounds.

5. Serve the besan ke ladoo.
