Sunit Kumar Singh has taken charge as the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager (Pre-opening) at The Aviyaan, Lucknow, bringing with him an impressive track record of leadership in hospitality operations and pre-opening projects. With rich experience across multiple reputed brands in India and the Maldives, Sunit’s appointment is set to play a key role in establishing and elevating the F&B operations at this upcoming property.
Prior to this, he served as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager – HOD (Pre-opening) at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Lucknow Airport, where he helped lay the foundation for food service standards and team structure. He also served as Restaurant Manager at The Centrum, and earlier held the position of F&B Operation Manager (HOD) at Lavista Managed by East Coast Investment, Maldives.
Sunit’s leadership in pre-opening roles is a testament to his operational expertise. His career includes key positions such as Assistant F&B Manager (HOD) at Choice Hotels International, and Restaurant Manager (HOD) at Golden Tulip Hotels, Suites & Resorts, both in Lucknow.
His earlier tenures include responsibilities as Assistant Restaurant Manager and F&B Executive (Pre-opening) at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, and as F&B Executive (Pre-opening) at Ranjee’s Hotel, Lucknow. He also contributed to Wings Service Pvt. Ltd. as F&B Supervisor (Pre-opening), and Hotel India Awadh as Captain (Supervisor).
Internationally, Sunit worked as a Guest Service Associate at Villa Hotels, Maldives, and gained foundational experience with Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, Lucknow and Qutab Hotel, New Delhi in food service roles.
Academically, Sunit holds a BSc in Hotel, Motel and Restaurant Management from SBIHM School of Management, along with completing his intermediate and high school education from Kendriya Vidyalaya.
