The Park Hotels, Patiala, has appointed Swapan Kar as their new Human Resources Manager. With an impressive background in HR leadership across prestigious hospitality brands, Swapan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his new role.  


Swapan's journey in human resources spans numerous celebrated hotel groups. Prior to this appointment, he served as Human Resources Manager at Lyfe Hotels & Hotels in Bhubaneswar, following impactful stints at Vedic Village Spa Resort, DoubleTree by Hilton in Varanasi, and Fortune Park Hotels Ltd. in Lucknow. In each of these roles, Swapan demonstrated a keen ability to develop talent strategies, enhance employee engagement, and implement effective HR processes.  


Before stepping into managerial positions, Swapan honed his skills as Personnel Administration Manager at MAYFAIR Hotels & Resorts in Bhubaneswar and as HR Supervisor at Radisson Blu Hotel Guwahati. His early career includes pivotal roles at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited in Gujarat, where he progressed to Senior Executive HR from Senior Executive, and at Lavasa Corporation Ltd. and MPS Group of Companies, where he gained foundational expertise in HR operations.  


Swapan's academic credentials include an MBA in Human Resources from the esteemed Global Groups of Institution, further solidifying his expertise in managing diverse teams and aligning HR practices with organizational goals.  


As Human Resources Manager at The Park Hotels, Patiala, Swapan Kar is set to drive innovative HR strategies, foster a positive workplace culture, and support the property’s mission to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
