Tushar Malkani Appointed as Executive Chef at Baale Resort Goa

Baale Resort Goa has welcomed Tushar Malkani as its new Executive Chef, bringing his extensive culinary expertise and leadership experience to the luxury resort.  

Prior to this, Tushar served as Executive Chef at The Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) and Kaitlyn Hospitality, Mumbai. He also held the role of Culinary Director at The Good Food Guys, Hyderabad, and was the Corporate Executive Chef at Khar Gymkhana, Mumbai. His diverse experience includes working as a Territory Manager at Amalgamated Bean Coffee Trading Co Ltd and a Sous Chef at Trident Hotels, Mumbai.  

Tushar began his professional journey as a Management Trainee at ITC Maratha, Mumbai, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Academy of India.

With his passion for innovative cuisine and a strong background in hospitality, Tushar Malkani is set to elevate the culinary experience at Baale Resort Goa.
