Hotel Royal Orchid, Bengaluru, has welcomed Umesh Singh Bhalavi as its new Kitchen Stewarding Manager. With an extensive background in kitchen operations and stewarding management, Umesh brings a wealth of experience to his new role.  


Before joining Hotel Royal Orchid, he served as Assistant Manager – Kitchen Stewarding at Voila F9 Gourmet, Hyderabad, Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited, Jaipur, and Radisson Hotel Group, where he played a key role in maintaining kitchen hygiene, inventory management, and staff supervision. His experience also includes serving as Kitchen Stewarding Executive at Sayaji Hotels Ltd., Indore, and Kitchen Stewarding Supervisor at Fairmont Jaipur, further solidifying his expertise in luxury hospitality.  


Umesh began his career as a Senior Associate at W Hotels, Goa, gaining hands-on experience in high-end hotel operations. His strong educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya, Jabalpur, along with additional qualifications in arts and computer applications.  


In his new position at Hotel Royal Orchid, Bengaluru, Umesh Singh Bhalavi will focus on enhancing kitchen efficiency, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring smooth operations in the stewarding department. His appointment is expected to strengthen the hotel’s commitment to excellence in hospitality services.
