Vignesh Karthik Assumes Role as Chief Engineer at DLF Hospitality

Vignesh Karthik has joined DLF Hospitality in Gurugram as Chief Engineer, bringing a wealth of experience in engineering and facility management across the hospitality industry. His career journey reflects a steady progression through some of the most renowned hotel brands, showcasing his technical expertise and leadership acumen.  

Starting his career as a Technician at Fortune Select Palms, an ITC Group property in Chennai, Vignesh developed a strong foundation in engineering operations. He then advanced to the role of Technical Supervisor at Holiday Inn Express Chennai OMR, where he demonstrated his ability to manage complex technical systems efficiently.  

Continuing his professional growth, Vignesh served as an Engineering Executive at Marriott Hotels in Cochin before taking on the role of Assistant Manager Engineering at Crowne Plaza Greater Noida. At Taj Hotels, he made significant contributions first as an Engineer in Varanasi and later as Chief Engineer in Lucknow, where he oversaw large-scale engineering operations and maintenance.  

Vignesh’s educational background further underscores his capabilities. He holds a B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna University, Chennai, and has completed an Executive Program in Leadership from the prestigious London Business School, equipping him with both technical knowledge and strategic leadership skills.  

In his new role as Chief Engineer at DLF Hospitality, Vignesh will be responsible for managing engineering operations, ensuring energy efficiency, and maintaining top-notch infrastructure across the property. His expertise is expected to play a crucial role in upholding the brand’s commitment to excellence in guest experience and sustainability.
