Hari Niwas Palace Hotel in Jammu is pleased to announce the appointment of Vikas Kohli as the new Operations Manager. Vikas brings extensive expertise in hospitality management, especially in food and beverage operations, which he has honed over years of dedicated service in the industry.


Previously, Vikas served as Food and Beverage Manager at Radisson Hotel Group in both Pahalgam and Jammu. His strong leadership skills and operational insight were integral to enhancing guest satisfaction and improving service standards. Before his time with Radisson, he held various senior roles at Hari Niwas Palace Hotel itself, including Food and Beverage Manager, Assistant Food and Beverage Manager (HOD), and Restaurant Manager (HOD), where he contributed significantly to optimizing service quality and team efficiency.


Vikas began his career with Oberoi Hotels & Resorts in Agra as a Food and Beverage Supervisor, following a foundational role as an Assistant, which gave him a solid grounding in the luxury hospitality sector. 


An alumnus of the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) Meerut, Vikas brings both a solid educational background and a wealth of practical experience to his new role. His in-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, combined with his commitment to exceptional guest service, will be invaluable as he leads the operations at Hari Niwas Palace Hotel.
