Vikas Pal has been appointed as the Assistant Bar Manager at Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi, bringing with him extensive experience in the food and beverage sector.
Before this role, he served as an Assistant Bar Manager at Grand Hyatt Gurugram and held multiple positions at Pullman-Novotel New Delhi Aerocity, including Assistant Bar Manager, Bar Executive, and Food & Beverage Executive. His career also includes roles as a Food & Beverage Supervisor at Taj Deccan Hyderabad and Taj Skyline Ahmedabad, and as a Food & Beverage Assistant at ITC Fortune Ghaziabad.
A graduate of the Institute of Hotel Management, Gwalior, with a B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration, Vikas brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role. At Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi, he is expected to enhance the bar experience, elevate service standards, and contribute to the hotel's overall F&B excellence.
