IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced the appointment of Vikram Singh Meena as the Demi Chef De Partie at their Jaipur property. With a background in diverse culinary roles across several esteemed hotels, Vikram brings a wealth of experience and a passion for culinary excellence to his new role.


Vikram has previously showcased his talents at Royal Orchid Hotels in Surat, where he played an integral part in the pre-opening phase as a Demi Chef De Partie. He also served as a Commis Chef at Hyatt Place Hampi, contributing to the kitchen operations with his expertise in food safety management and cooking techniques. His journey began at Taj Sawai Ranthambore, where he worked his way up from a Commi Chef, refining his skills in teamwork and creative cuisine, followed by job training at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts in Jaipur.


Vikram holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Politics from the University of Rajasthan and a Diploma in Food Production from The Hotel School. His solid educational background and hands-on experience in various culinary roles have prepared him well for this new position at IHG Hotels & Resorts.


With his new appointment, Vikram Singh Meena is set to enhance the culinary offerings at IHG Hotels & Resorts in Jaipur, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative flavors to delight their guests.
