Vipin Verma Joins Lemon Tree Hotels as Sous Chef

Lemon Tree Hotels, Lucknow, has appointed Vipin Verma as Sous Chef, adding his rich culinary expertise to the team.  

Before this role, Vipin served as a Senior Chef De Partie and Chef de Partie at Sarovar Hotels & Resorts, Orai, and previously worked as CDP at Radisson Hotel Group, Gorakhpur. His experience also includes positions such as Senior CDP at Hotel Landmark Royale & Funn Mall Lakhimpur Kheri, Demi Chef De Partie at Cygnett Hotels, Lucknow, and Commi 1 at Hotel NS Continental Lucknow. He began his career as a Trainee at Maple Leaf Hotels & Resorts, Lucknow.  

Vipin holds a Diploma in Food Production from Maharaja Agrasen Himalaya Garhwal University and a B.Com from the Institute of Management Excellence and Innovation, Lucknow. Additionally, he has certifications in Food Safety from the FSSAI and HACCP Essentials from Alison.  

With his diverse experience and expertise in culinary operations, Vipin Verma is expected to bring fresh innovations to the dining experience at Lemon Tree Hotels, Lucknow.
