Vishal Ulhas Gaikwad Promoted to Operations Manager at Fairfield by Marriott Belagavi

Vishal Ulhas Gaikwad has been promoted to Operations Manager at Fairfield by Marriott Belagavi, marking a significant milestone in a career defined by consistent growth and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry. He was previously serving as the Food and Beverage Manager at the same property, where his leadership and operational skills played a pivotal role in enhancing guest satisfaction and service efficiency.

With over a decade of experience across premium hospitality brands, Vishal’s journey has been both dynamic and inspiring. He served as Senior Food and Beverage Manager at Della Adventure & Resorts Pvt. Ltd., Lonavala, where he led multiple high-volume outlets, contributing to revenue optimization and service excellence. His stint as Manager - Restaurants at DoubleTree by Hilton and F&B Manager at Ramee Group, Pune, further strengthened his command over restaurant operations and guest engagement.

Vishal also contributed to Royal Orchid Hotels, Lonavala, as F&B Operations Manager, and held the role of Assistant F&B Manager at Radisson Blu, Pune, where he managed large banqueting operations and fine-dining services. His positions also include F&B being Executive at Courtyard by Marriott, Pune, and Assistant Restaurant Manager at The O Hotel and Italian specialty restaurant Favola.

Starting his hospitality journey as an Associate at JW Marriott, Juhu, and Le Meridien Hotels & Resorts, Pune, Vishal built a strong foundation in luxury service standards and team coordination.

He holds a 3-year diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from the Maharashtra State Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology and has further enhanced his beverage knowledge with WSET Level 2 in Wines and Spirits. He completed his schooling at Sardar Dastur Boys’ High School.

With his well-rounded experience in operations and guest service, Vishal is poised to drive excellence in his new role at Fairfield by Marriott Belagavi, delivering exceptional experiences while leading cross-departmental teams with passion and precision.
