Vivek Kumar Yadav Joins ITC Hotels as Rooms Division Manager (Pre-Opening)

ITC Hotels has appointed Vivek Kumar Yadav as the Rooms Division Manager for their pre-opening team. With an extensive career spanning luxury hospitality brands and pre-opening experiences, Vivek brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to his new role.  

Vivek’s impressive journey in the hospitality industry began with an academic foundation in Hotel Management, Catering Technology, and Tourism from the Heritage Institute of Hotel and Tourism. His early hands-on exposure came through industrial training at Inder Residency, Udaipur, setting the stage for a successful career.  

Throughout his career, Vivek has consistently demonstrated excellence in managing housekeeping and rooms operations. At Karma Lakelands Golf Resort & Residences, Gurugram, he served as Executive Housekeeper before being promoted to Rooms Division Manager. He showcased his operational expertise and attention to detail, enhancing guest satisfaction and service standards.  

Prior to his role at Karma Lakelands, Vivek held key positions such as Housekeeping Manager at Hyatt Centric Janakpuri, New Delhi, and Executive Housekeeper at U Rivergate Karjat Mumbai, a luxury retreat and spa managed by Absolute Hotel Services. His contributions in pre-opening projects at Eastin Easy Talegaon Pune and Courtyard by Marriott Agra underscore his proficiency in launching and managing hospitality operations seamlessly.  

His journey also includes valuable stints as Executive Housekeeper at Howard Plaza The Fern Agra and Housekeeping Executive at Sterling Holiday Resorts Limited, Puri. Earlier in his career, Vivek honed his skills as a Team Leader at Radisson Blu Agra and completed a Manager Development Program at Courtyard by Marriott Agra.  

Vivek’s strategic leadership in pre-opening operations, coupled with his dedication to maintaining exceptional guest experiences, will be instrumental in establishing ITC Hotels' newest property as a benchmark of luxury and service.
