Ingredients:

Atta – 260 gms

Baking Soda – 2 tsps

Salt – 2 tsps

Cinnamon Powder – 1.5 tsps

Oil – 295 ml

Castor Sugar – 200 gms

Brown Sugar – 190 gms

Vanilla – 1 tsp

Eggs – 4 Nos.

Freshly Grated Carrots – 300 gm

Walnuts – 100 gms (Optional)

Raisins – 65 gms (Optional)

 

Directions:

1. Prepare two 9-inch baking tins.

2. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

3. Combine atta, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon until uniformly mixed.

4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the oil, castor sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla. Add the eggs one at a time to create a uniform wet mixture. Now, combine the dry mixture with this wet mixture until a smooth batter is achieved.

5. Stir in the carrots, nuts, and raisins.

6. Pour the batter into the prepared pans and bake for 35-45 minutes.
