YumpayaNuhakpa is a Sikkimese word which refers to sweet burnt curd.

Ingredients:

1. Hung Curd – 50 gm

2. Fresh Cow Cream – 50 gm

3. Milkmaid – 50 gm

4. Rosewater – 3 ml

5. Almond – 2 pcs

6. Pistachio – 3 pcs

 

Directions:

Take a bowl and whisk all the above ingredients and mix it well and put in the oven for 25 minutes in 188 ° C temperature. Take out from the oven and refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve it.
