At Aurika Sky City by Lemon Tree Hotels, Abhinav spearheaded the pastry section of the hotel, an endeavor that showcased his expertise and leadership abilities. Prior to this, he lent his skills to Novotel Mumbai International Airport, where he played a pivotal role in the pre-opening phase, ensuring that the pastry offerings were nothing short of exceptional.


Abhinav's tenure at Hyatt Regency Dehradun Resort and Spa and Hilton further solidified his reputation as a maestro of pastry, with his innovative creations and meticulous attention to detail earning him accolades from both patrons and peers alike. At Conrad Bengaluru, he helmed the pastry section with aplomb, overseeing a team of talented individuals across five food and beverage outlets, and delivering unparalleled culinary experiences to guests.
