used in it. It’s a kind of pinni.
Ingredients:
Urad Dal
Flour (Coarsely Grinded) - ½ kg
Sugar -1 kg
(Make to 1 ½ string Sugar Syrup)
Gond - 100 gm
(Fried in Ghee)
Sugar - 1 kg
Khoya - 1 kg
Ghee - 1 kg
Mixed Nuts
(Kaju, Kishmish, Almond, Pista) - 500 gm
Elaichi
Powder - 50 gm
Jawitri - 2
gm
White Pepper
Powder - 5 gm
Nutmeg Powder
- 2 gm
Milk - 50 ml
Poppy Seeds -
100 gm
Kesar (For
Colour) - 1 gm
Adadiya
Masala - 50 gm
Method:
1. Take a
bowl, add flour, hot ghee, and milk, and mix it well. Keep it aside for 30
minutes.
2. Then,
sieve it and take a pan. Add ghee and roast this flour on low flame until light
brown in color.
3. Take
another pan, add khoya and roast it. Then add all dry fruits, nutmeg powder,
pepper powder, jawitri powder, adadiya masala, fried gond, and mix it well.
4. Next, add
the roasted flour and sugar syrup, and mix it well.

Afterwards, add poppy seeds and mix it well. Take a mould and make ladoos,
garnish them with dry fruit flakes, and they are ready to serve.
6. You can
store them for 20 to 25 days.
