Adarsh Thomas has recently been appointed as the Chef- Baking and Pastry Category Specialist at Alippo. With a robust background in baking and pastry, Adarsh brings a wealth of experience and a passion for innovation to his new role.


Before joining Alippo, Adarsh was the Founder and Chef at The Craving Therapy in Bengaluru. His entrepreneurial venture showcased his expertise in creating unique and delectable baked goods, garnering a loyal customer base and establishing a strong presence in the local market.


Adarsh also served as Chef - Product Development and Innovation - Bakery & Pastry (South) at Fortune Gourmet Specialities Ltd. in Bengaluru. In this role, he was instrumental in developing new products and spearheading innovation in the bakery and pastry segment, contributing significantly to the company's growth and product portfolio.


His career includes a stint as Chef De Partie at The Den in Bengaluru, where he honed his skills in pastry and dessert preparation. Additionally, Adarsh has experience working as a Pastry Chef at Lakeview Milk Bar and Krumble Craft in Bengaluru Urban, further solidifying his reputation as a skilled and creative pastry chef.


Adarsh's early career involved roles in Patisserie and Boulangerie at Le Meridien Hotels & Resorts in Kochi, and Pattisserie at Ramee Group in Goa. His foundational training included Industrial Training at Amande Patisserie, Fans on Stands Sports Pvt. Ltd., The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, and Le Casse - Croute in Bengaluru.


Adarsh Thomas holds a Diplome de Patisserie from Lavonne Academy of Baking Science and Pastry Art, affiliated with THSC, India, and City and Guild, London. He also earned a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, specializing in Baking and Pastry Arts, from Christ University, Bengaluru. His educational journey began at Cathedral Composite Pre-University College and High School, where he completed his 12th Grade (PUC) in Business/Commerce, General, and Geethanjali Vidhyalaya for high school.


With his extensive experience in baking and pastry, coupled with a solid educational foundation, Adarsh Thomas is set to bring a new level of creativity and expertise to Alippo. His role as Chef- Baking and Pastry Category Specialist promises to enhance the company’s offerings and drive innovation in the baking and pastry category.
