Ghost Kitchens India has welcomed Aditya Vaidya as its new Head of Corporate Business. Based in Mumbai, Aditya brings extensive experience in managing large-scale catering, hospitality projects, and business development in both domestic and international markets.


Aditya’s career spans several high-profile roles, including his most recent position as General Manager of Projects at Maxx Hospitalities & Catering Service Pvt. Ltd. in Bellary, where he led strategic projects and improved service efficiency. Prior to this, he was the Business Head at GoKhana in Mumbai, where he directed business operations and enhanced customer engagement in the food tech sector. His role as General Manager of Operations at Shiva Hospitality Services in Surat further showcased his expertise in managing multifaceted hospitality services.


Aditya’s experience also includes senior roles such as Senior Manager of Sales IFMS at Quess Corp Limited in Ahmedabad and General Manager at Sakthi's Kitchen in Chennai. His international assignments, like Project Manager at Reliance Worldwide Catering in Kuwait and Offshore Catering Manager at Serikandi Oilfield Services in Brunei, have contributed to his deep understanding of global catering standards and operational excellence.


Aditya holds an MBA in Shipping & Logistics Management from Kazian Education, an Associate's degree in Operations Management from Asean Online Education, an international diploma from AHLEI, and a DHMCT from Oriental School of Hotel Management.
