To poach chicken, submerge it in a flavorful broth or seasoned water and let it cook at a gentle temperature until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Poached chicken can then be sliced for salads or shredded for sandwiches, offering a moist, tender texture that pairs well with various dishes.
