Ajay Shinde Assumes Role as General Manager at Goa Villagio Resort & Spa

Ajay Shinde has taken on the role of General Manager at Goa Villagio Resort & Spa. With a rich background in hospitality management, Ajay brings extensive experience and leadership to his new position at the resort in Goa.

Before his current role, Ajay served as Executive Housekeeper at Novotel Goa Dona Sylvia, where he was instrumental in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction, managing housekeeping operations with efficiency and dedication.

Prior to Novotel, Ajay was the Executive Housekeeper at The Zuri White Sands Resorts and Casino, Goa. His role involved overseeing housekeeping operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences, and managing a large team of staff.

Ajay's career also includes significant experience with Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, where he held positions as Executive Housekeeper and Deputy Housekeeper. His responsibilities included managing daily housekeeping activities, training staff, and ensuring compliance with brand standards.

Ajay holds a BA in Economics from the University of Mumbai, providing him with a strong educational foundation to support his extensive practical experience in the hospitality industry.
