Alok Ranjan Promoted to Assistant Manager - Housekeeping at Le Meridien Gurugram

Le Meridien Gurugram has proudly announced the promotion of Alok Ranjan to the position of Assistant Manager - Housekeeping. With a strong foundation in luxury hospitality and a proven track record of excellence, Alok is set to elevate the housekeeping standards and contribute significantly to the guest experience at the property.  

Alok’s remarkable career in the hospitality industry demonstrates his dedication to quality and professional development. Prior to this promotion, he served as a Housekeeping Executive at Le Meridien Gurugram, where his meticulous attention to detail and operational expertise ensured superior guest satisfaction. His previous role as Housekeeping Executive in Lounge Operations at Encalm Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. showcased his capability to thrive in high-pressure environments while delivering premium service.  

Alok began his professional journey at JW Marriott Jaipur, where he successfully transitioned through roles including Guest Service Associate, participant in the Executive Development Program, and Housekeeping Executive. His contributions were instrumental in streamlining housekeeping operations and achieving exceptional service standards. Earlier in his career, he gained foundational experience as a Guest Service Associate at Courtyard by Marriott Agra, solidifying his expertise in hospitality operations.  

He holds a three-year diploma in Hotel and Motel Administration/Management from SAMS College of Engineering and Technology, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Allahabad. This diverse academic background adds depth to his professional skill set.  

Additionally, Alok completed industrial training at Hyderabad Marriott Hotel & Convention Centre and Courtyard by Marriott Hyderabad, enriching his understanding of global hospitality practices and service excellence.
