Aman Kumar Bhuria Joins The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) as Manager Fire & Safety

The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) is delighted to announce the appointment of Aman Kumar Bhuria as Manager of Fire & Safety. With over a decade of experience in fire safety and security management across renowned hospitality brands, Aman is poised to bring his expertise in ensuring the safety and well-being of both guests and staff at IHCL properties.
Prior to his current role, Aman worked at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts, where he served as Manager Fire & Safety, and earlier, as Assistant Manager for Fire Safety & Security. His responsibilities included conducting fire safety drills, managing safety equipment training, performing fire audits, and ensuring proper crisis management in coordination with local authorities. Aman also gained valuable experience during his tenure at Crowne Plaza Today Gurugram as Assistant Manager of Fire Safety & Security, where he led operations in safety management, VIP movement security, and comprehensive safety training.
Before stepping into managerial roles, Aman honed his skills at Accor Hotels as a Team Leader of Fire Services and Fire Associate, where he oversaw the maintenance of fire safety equipment, mock drills, and internal audits. His career began with hands-on experience at Indian Oil Corporation Limited and Indraprastha Gas Limited, focusing on firefighting systems and incident management.
Aman holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from Vinayaka Missions Sikkim University and completed his 12th grade in Commerce from the Uttar Pradesh Board.
In his new position at IHCL, Aman will lead fire safety operations, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and a secure environment at the company’s properties.
