Prior to assuming his current role, Amaranath served as the Purchase Manager at Sarovar Portico ORR Bengaluru, where he demonstrated exceptional proficiency in sourcing, negotiating, and procuring goods and services to meet the hotel's operational requirements. His tenure was characterized by strategic vendor partnerships and cost-effective procurement practices, contributing significantly to the hotel's bottom line.


Before his tenure at Sarovar Portico ORR Bengaluru, Amaranath held the position of Assistant Manager - Purchase at Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road, where he played a key role in streamlining procurement processes and optimizing inventory management systems. His proactive approach and attention to detail were instrumental in ensuring seamless operations and timely delivery of supplies.


Amaranath's journey in the hospitality industry also includes notable roles such as Assistant Manager Materials (HOD) at KEYS Hotels (Berggruen Hotels Pvt. Ltd.) and Assistant Manager Purchase (HOD) at Golden Tulip Hotels, Suites & Resorts, both situated in Bengaluru. With a career spanning various facets of materials management, Amaranath has honed his skills and expertise across different operational environments, including his tenure as a Materials Executive at Keys Hotels, Bengaluru, and his early roles at Ramee Group, Bangaon, where he served as a Stores Executive and Night Auditor.
